I have lost my password, what should I do?
If you've got an email specified for your user account, please, use the password reset feature. Otherwise, contact us - we'll try to help you.
"Withdrawals suspended" message
We've implemented several security measures to fend off possible hacking attempts and money stealing from our users' accounts. When you set or change your withdrawal bitcoin address, you receive an e-mail notification (in case you have it specified), and your withdrawals get suspended for 72 hours. It's our standard measure to protect your money. Don't worry, please.
Pending, unconfirmed or cancelled payments
If your payment status on blockchain.info or any other blockchain explorer is pending or unconfirmed, do not worry! Your money has been sent to you, and the transaction is just waiting to be confirmed. You can check the status in 48 hours. Most likely, it will be approved. If the status of your withdrawal to a faucet has failed, please, contact support - we'll fix this issue.
Can I have multiple accounts?

How to delete an account?
