I have lost my password, what should I do?
If you've got an email specified for your user account, please, use the password reset feature. If you specified your bitcoin (BTC) address upon campaign or ad unit creation or upon registration, then you don't actually need a password: you can sign in with your bitcoin address. If your account balance is empty, you can abandon existing account and create a new one. If all this doesn't solve your problem, please, contact us - we'll try to help you.
"Withdrawals suspended" message
In order to fend off possible hacking attempts and money stealing from our users' accounts we've implemented a number of security measures. Now, when you change your withdrawal bitcoin address you receive an e-mail notification (in case you have it specified) and your withdrawals get suspended for 72 hours. It's our regular measure to protect your money. Don't worry, please.
Pending, unconfirmed or cancelled payments
If the status of your payment on blockchain.info or any other blockchain explorer is pending or unconfirmed, do not worry: your money has been sent to you, and the transaction is just waiting to be confirmed. You can check the status in 48 hours. Most likely it will be confirmed. If the status of your withdrawal to a faucet is failed, please, contact the support - we'll fix this issue.
Where can I get my signature?
Bitcoin signature isn't something permanent, it's generated by your bitcoin wallet each time you need one. To get a new signature you should copy the message from "Sig message" field, enter it into corresponding field of your wallet, get the generated signature and paste it into "Enter signature to confirm" field.
