  • How to fix empty targeting
The status "empty targeting" means that there are no ad units that match your campaign's settings and targeting criteria. The most popular causes and solutions: *** You have enabled "Show banners only", but did not upload the banners that match the sizes of the targeted ad units** Either disable the Show banners only option, or upload the required banners to fix the issue. *** You target expensive traffic sources, but did not set a high enough Max CPM value for your CPD-campaign**Very popular
  • How can I see my ads published on your sites?
Actually, there's no easy way to do it, but it can be done. First, you need to know the sites that promote your ads. Go to your campaign page -> Traffic sources -> Exclude from campaign (e.g. https://a-ads.com/campaigns/1/ad_units). Here you can see a list of ad units that display your advertisement. Please, mind they are sorted like "probable sources of fake traffic first". ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/6a953c4814a02400/Very popular
  • What is daily budget?
Daily budget is the amount of money you allow us to distribute between ad units during a day in exchange for a share of their impressions. Note that A-ADS is not a pay-per-impression, neither pay-per-click advertising network: traffic volume and price are not fixed and depend on supply and demand.Very popular

  • What is goal tracking?
Goal tracking allows advertisers to analyze the traffic sources that bring visitors to their sites and to optimize the advertising campaigns. When you switch the "Goal tracking" option on, A-ADS adds a suffix to your ad link. This suffix allows you to identify the publishers that generate sales for you. You can reward those publishers via the goal tracking API and get more impressions from them. Goal tracFew readers
  • I paid for a campaign but it doesn't generate impressions
There might be several reasons for that. For instance, your advertisement might be banned or not yet activated (it takes up to 8 hours to verify and approve the ad, although usually ads are moderated rather quickly). Another possible reason might be that your daily budget is too low. Campaigns with daily budget less than 0.00000100 won't spend. Yet another possible reason might be that your campaign doesn't contain enough traffic sources. Also it could be a bug. First of all, please, checFew readers

  • How to move money from a user balance to a campaign balance?
You don't need to do it. A started campaign with a non-zero daily budget will be automatically funded from your user balance unless there is enough money on the campaign balance. In most cases, funding user balance is more comfortable than funding campaign balances, because all campaigns within a user account can receive funds from a user balance without additional actions.Few readers

  • How to fix a high bounce rate?
Sometimes our advertisers are unhappy because they see extremely high bounce rates for A-ADS traffic. Tracking systems might show a bounce rate of up to 99%, while the bounce rate for other networks might be something like 25 - 70%. This difference is due to the fact that A-ADS is not a pay-per-click network: advertisers pay a fixed daily budget and get a share of all the targeted traffic. Since advertisers don’t pay for clicks, there is no need to filter them. Bad clicks may increase the bouncFew readers
  • Is there a minimum deposit or a minimum daily budget?
The minimum deposit amount is different for each cryptocurrency. It is displayed in the pop-up window of the deposit and is subject to change. So please keep an eye on this and avoid making deposits below minimum amount, otherwise, the deposit will not be credited to your account. You can set any daily budget, that seems reasonable to you. The only limitation is technical: budgets less than 121 satoshis won’t be spent. Just mind checking the traffic estimations when you set a daily budgFew readers
